Shipping:

We use USPS Priority Mail. 

Our shipping rates are $7.95 for the first item and an additional $2.00 for each additional item. 

If payment is received by 12 noon, your package will be mailed out the same day or closest business day (if on a weekend). 

All of our items are packaged for shipping securely in bubble wrap, boxes, and/or mailing envelopes..  If you receive a damaged item, notify us within 48 hours.

Returns:

PinkCowgirl.com will not accept returns except for damaged items.  Items must have original tags on the item and not be worn or used in any way.  PinkCowgirl.com reserves the right to refuse returns depending on the damage.  You have 48 hours to notify PinkCowgirl.com of any problems/damages to PinkCowgirlRocks@aol.com.  Please have your invoice for reference.
